Gooo me, it was a pretty good experience because i got a person that was actually a trained hurse and not a volunteer. After she took the needle out i started to feel woosy and light headed and everything started sounding funny so she put my head down and elevated my feet and i was all better. She let me hold my blood after! It was so cool and didn't hurt as bad as i thought it would, i barely felt it. You guys should try and give blood if you weight over 110 and are at least 17.

I tried but didn't have enough iron to do it. Did it look like they took a LOT of blood?

i have tried to donate plasma but they say my veins are too thin...
does that really matter i mean with plasma they are putting the blood cells back in

I did it once, and will never do it again.  The woman who took mine had no idea what she was doing.  I don't think she actually got the needle in my vein.  I think she just went straight through it.  I barely bled any, and after ten minutes told her to get the needle out of my arm.

Not only that, but I about had a panic attack.  I had a friend give a double donation in the time it took me to fill an 8th of the bag.

with small veins if you have a higher concentration of blood cells to plasma then your veins could easily become congested with all the blood cells i guess so yeah it matters lol or maybe the needle was just too big

I've wanted to do that, but can't just yet.
my parents wouldn't let me.
