It's usually a minimum of 16 in most places. Many places you have to be 18

Here, at least, the laws about employment at that age are very strict, but I do know one guy who caddies at a bridge club, and another friend is paid for helping at young children's swimming lessons.

It's usually a minimum of sixteen, and most places are starting to hire at eighteen due to child labor laws. I can pretty much guarantee retail is out of the question. But try fast food, or even sometimes nursing homes will hire kids for serving food.

well it really depends on what state the person is working in... i think in tx you can be 15 but you have to work like 14 hours of the week gets your legal gardian involved with the subject and they can help you

Babysitting? Or if you have any family that kind of owns a business they could probably get you on, otherwise it's just a bunch of odd-jobs until you're 16.

Yes, plenty of places hire at fourteen like fast food and such, but read up on your restrictions, because while under sixteen, you can't work before 7am or past 7pm and so on.
