Bleeding can be normal and lasts from 3 days to 5 weeks, but you should have gotten checked out if it lasted longer than 2 weeks. Considering it has been over 2 months I think you should call your doctor, right away. Has the bleeding gotten worse or better? Right. -- Posted by Chava at 8:09 am on Nov. 20, 2008 I would check it out. It could be nothing. I bled for a whole month soaking a pad an hour and it was just a heavy flow. Though with the abortion I'm not sure how likely that is. I bled for two months after I had my son so maybe it's the same thing. Either way I'd get it checked out.
