When ever I stand up I feel really light headed and see black spots and sometimes I cant see anything
Whats this?
I dont feel sick in any other way and its happened to me before

Sudden drop in blood pressure when you get up too suddenly.

Happens to me all the time. It usually clears within 30 seconds and I'm OK to go.

It's just the body reacting to the sudden change in blood pressure.

Try going more slowly about standing up next time.

The blood has settles in one part of your body. You get up so fast that it doesn't have time to move.

I hear drinking water prevents that

or a counsler
kuz that might b stress over load
