He just told me that he probably won't make able to make it to my graduation because of his back problems and the airplane. I understand that but I'm surprised because he has always been so "proud" and "supportive" of me, how could he not go to my graduation? He's my dad, I want him there, but I can't make him feel bad about it.. Should I be hurt? I mean has back problems, I don't think he purposely did that to not be there for you, especially if he has always been supportitve in the past.
