I found it to be a trip that leaves you extremely involved in your own emotions... for me that meant a questioning of my identity and my own worth as a human being. I guess I would consider my trip to be a "bad" one but I would definitely do them again, especially because my mental state at the time was to blame for this. I didn't vomit but my friend who has done shrooms numerous (and I mean fuckin' numerous) times has puked from shrooms. I've heard this as a tip, only do hallucinogens when you're in a good mood or you'll just have a rotten time.
