I have a fitness test on Thursday  next week.. Is it possible to go from doing 3 pressups :D (Im fit i just dont do pressups...) to 20 in that time?

Yep. It might also be a good idea for you to do more reps on your knees so you can build the muscils better. But yeah, it's possible.

EDIT: I just remembered, it's a lot harder for females to do more pushups than males, so that's a factor as well.

For the army, to get in guys need to do 15 and girls 8 to be enlisted.

Yeah, to get in! After that guys have to do 50 in 2 minutes (for under 18s) and 40 in 2 mins (for under 25s). I forget the one for females.

I guess, first it's just so they know you're worth working on.

army females have to do 30 in 2 mins.

air force girls have to do all of... 10

yeah just for the initial test. they train you up from there.

No, it's not possible. How can you be fit and only do 3? When I was weak as fuck I could only do 15.

Definitely possible...just do it daily..try out with 5 at first then 10 and so on.
