It's a light blue capsule with NVR D15 on it. I looked it up on Erowid but that basically turned out to nothing. Anyway, never taken it, want to know what to expect. 1. What should I expect? 2. What mg is it? 3. Tellz me a story. Frank psychotic episodes can happen. So I'd advise you to be careful. -- Posted by Rainbow Blight at 11:28 am on Nov. 21, 2008 Focalin is dexmethylphenidate with effects similar to methylphenidate.  I don't think it really gets you high like methylphenidate, but it has proven to work better than Ritalin for ADD.  It can relieve depression at higher doses and also is used in treatment for people who fall asleep in the middle of the day randomly (narcolepsy I think it's called).  I've never taken it myself but know that it comes in doses of 10-20mg. -- Posted by Vicodin at 4:35 pm on Nov. 21, 2008 Well, I just took it along with a percocet.
