I've been making myself throw up after I eat for weeks now and I use to only do it once or twice a day. Today I made myself throw up 4 times and I couldn't stop. I kept telling myself this is the last time I'm, after this time I'll stop. Well, I didn't and now I don't know what to do. My throat is hurting and I'm light headed. I'm confused, depressed and my weight is the only thing I can control in my life.
