okay so my anorexia behaviour started cause of my mum putting stress on me... but i wanna recover... but all thats stopping is me is the size of my hips and thighs and waist my hips are 33-ish inches! my waist is 25 inches my thighs are like... 18 n half inch!!! so yeah... any ideas how i can loose fat from my thighs n waist... but a healthy way cause I'm in recovery and i hate my e.d so much i want to be 100% better (healthier) but my e.d wont let me ...? help (fyi- im 14 im a girl im 109lbs im 5ft3 tall (63.3inch)

one comment: holy shit, your fucking puny! im like 5'6" and like 140 pounds. and thats only like 3 inches taller then you, but like over 30 pounds heavier. holy shit. maybe i should lay off the junk food a little

your body does things when it is being starved to keep weight on if everything is working normally then you will lose weight normally

Your waist and hips have a pretty big width difference, so you are probably curvy by nature. Any exercise will help you lose fat from those areas because your body is smart enough to know where the excesses are. Id suggest jogging or just increasing the amount of time you spend walking. Im guessing you know how to count calories, so dont go above 1500kcals a day and you will lose weight. Give it a few weeks and notice the difference.

Then why post your stats if they say nothing? Your stats seem 'normal' although that is not what determine an ed

You dont have to be able to see someones bones to see their illness. It shows in their face also.

exactly, I'm 14 5'2 106 lbs and the lowest i've been was 103 and thats not anorexic

UMMM nothing is wrong with you!!! You're skinny (weight and height) to me. Im 5'3 about 125 n im still skinny.. just eat right and exercise a couple times a week

I'm six foot two and a hundred and forty five pounds, and I don't have an eating disorder.

i thought it was 17.5 when your classed as the weight for anorexic but like im not anorexic but! i do have anorexic behaivours and all that crap which i hate so much! its horrible

Even if you arent in eating disorder stage you can still begin a recovery. I think your measurements are fine, but if you want to improve a little go back to eating a healthy balanced diet, take a multivitamin and start a small exercise routine. you can work your way into a harder one soon. talk to your mom or someone you can trust. Good luck with getting better <3
