Well, I met up with him, gave him thirty dollars to get my shit n then she calls me like thirty minutes later crying and saying that the police got him. At first she had sent me a text saying that and I didn't believe her, I thought they just ran off with my money. But she was crying and shit and I kinda felt bad. Plus hes already in trouble. So yeah. That sucks. I wasted money. And my best friend is sad, cause her guy is in jail right now. Man this is stupid shit I want some weed. You don't gotta post anything here, I just needed to write this somewhere.

He's probably not gonna be in jail for long; weed isn't usually a big deal; for such a small amount of weed he'd probably just have to pay a small fine (in Ohio, for instance, it's a $50 ticket if it's less than an ounce).

No, the laws are the reason the guy is getting arrested. Or the policeman, if you wanted to be that specific. Why do you say it's stupid to want weed?

If she never gave him the thirthy dollars He wouldn't be in this position. The law was doing there job and getting the Drug-dealer off the streets. What do people need weed for? It's just another pun

"I wasted my money" That's a very selfish statement you have there. Like that's really the only $30 you'll ever have in your life? You'll probably have $30 the next week. You should be caring about how that girl is doing, and not about a couple pieces of paper.

And this is a bad thing how? I absolutely HATE the police (though one next door to me so I never have to worry about rival dealers) when they bust people for drugs and I guess also in general (except for the ones in LEAP). It's a victimless crime. Just because it's the law doesn't mean it's right.
What do people need weed for?
Hm, well I have borderline personality disorder and weed causes me to calm down when I get violent. I also have insomnia, and weed helps me sleep. SO WHAT DO PEOPLE NEED WEED FOR?!?!?

No, if racist law makers back in the thirties hadn't made laws criminalizing the use of a PLANT, there would be no basis on which to arrest the guy. Marijuana has plenty of both recreational and medicinal purposes. These have been well documented and studied.

Aren't you not supposed to actually give anybody your money until you have the weed in your hand?

The weed didnt do anything, its the law that fucks people over. I find it quite ironic. It was once said by a US president (I cant remember which one, but I know someone will recognize it) that the punishment for a drug offense should not exceed the damage the drug itself causes. In the case of weed, its very minimal, if at all. Its the law that ruins peoples lives, not the drug. That also goes for lsd, shrooms, and mdma And what do people NEED weed for? Nothing. Its a want. Just like 90%of the shit you own. Do you NEED a computer? No. Do you NEED a car? No. And guess what. Those two things have taken more lives than marijuana. The car is self-explanatory, but people have literally played themselves to death. God damn you WoW. Yet, you could smoke all day, every day, and never have to worry about ODing. You see, all you NEED is food, water, and shelter. Thats it. Even then, the quality of these things that we enjoy is also a want. Its a luxury to live like we do. Try living in a 3rd world country. Then you will know the true meaning of needs.

Another victim to crimes against humanity, but some food for thought is NEVER give anyone money without the product at hand. Would you leave a store without the products you paid for? *It's a buisness and it needs to be treated like one. So 30 minutes for what, 2 grams?...why would you even need to give anyone money for that? *Must be another teen trying to be a dealer, he must feel real dumb. "What are you in for?""Trying to sell a $30 sack" Atleast you have your life, this "dealers" life can be ruined because of this. He could potentially become a felon because it's not a misdemeanor for selling nor trafficing. That's not even counting how much he had and what he had. So tell me Jokerboy719, what did weed do here? Last time I checked it's a plant, all the trouble he's getting in is because of made up non-violent "crimes". Yes HIS actions played a major role, but Marijuana has nothing to do with why he's in trouble. Your just prooving the law is worse then the drug, if drugs are so bad then why do they have to add more charges to convince/force a jury to convict them? Why are there minimum mandatory sentences for drugs? Something that's so evil does not need help convincing people that they are. You should listen to a song by System of a Down called "Prison Song", they are right on the spot.
