and exercise in order to lose weight? Or can this be dangerous? If I eat under 1200 calories, is that bad? And exercise on top of it, mind you.

it wouldnt be bad but you would probably gain weight again once you started eating normally

Go for it, but you'll gain it back as soon as those 3 days are over.

Just listen to your body. If you're hungry, eat, if you feel you need something else, don't deprive yourself from it. I go on a raw fruit/vegetable 'diet' for my soccer season every year for a week to a week and a half and I'm fine. That's with TONS of working out too, but my body is used to it. Once again, just listen to your body lol. It's fine.

You don't have to eat just fruit. If you limit your calorie intake to 1200 calories a day and exercise/run/walk for an hour you will lose weight. It takes a commitment to at least a month for you to see good results. Stick to it.
