I feel so effin' fat! Really, I feel like I just keep getting fatter and fatter. I'm 5'4 and I weigh 165 pounds. When I exercise, it never works. I just feel so guilty after I eat. I actually am starting to persuade myself to skip meals, in general.

You realize that by exercising, you're doing more than burning fat? It builds up muscle, which weighs more than fat.
Just watch what you eat.

i mean, no offense but i consider 5'4" and 165 pretty fat...

you're overweight.  i would say try to eat various small and healthy meals throughout the day.  then you shouldn't feel bad about eating.

you do realise that skipping meals just makes you gain more weight? because your body thinks that it's being starved and 'piles on the pounds'
eat small meals at frequent intervals (every 2 - 3 hours)
it works better than starving yourself

ive never really been a big fan of meals. i like grazing throughout the day. That way when you do eat-its usually small things at a time so you burn some of it off throughout the day instead of packing all of the calories into meals. If your really worried-then maybe eat healthier. I became a vegetarian. The healthier you eat the better you'll feel about yourself. Thats why people pig out on junk food when their depressed-even though it doesn't make you feel better. plus for exercise to show-you need to do it for at least a couple of weeks-maybe even more than a month.
