Maybe you should do a grid drawing instead of trying to free-hand? Drawing is more than lessons.. it's being able to draw your thoughts in a way. I'm going to college to become an art teacher, and I can safely say there is just no teaching certain people to draw. That, it's worth a shot, But it's not an amazing piece, and people are hard to draw but still.
