I really hate it when people like me that I don't like back. I always feel guilty for having to 'put them down' and it just sucls... There is a guy I like a lot and I suspect he prolly does not like me. I wanted to see what would possibly happen, if he might consider it. BUTTTT i feel incredibly bad to put this guy in the same awkward situation of having to put me down. I don't want him to feel guilty/bad./weird/strange...you know? Do you hate having to tell someone you don't like them in that way??? And can you still be friends from that point on? (Ps - this guy and I are not close at all and he just got out of a relationship)

Just go for it anyway... On the chance that he does like you back, think of what you could be wasting.

if your not that close to him at the moment i would ask him out. he probably suspects it anyways so get it out of the way. if he responds as you expect dont fret there are alot of men out there. to get over teh depressing realization check out www.studyandsocre.com peace

Everyone likes to hear that someone is attracted to them, even if he rejects you you will still have made him happy in a way for sure.

I wouldn't even try only because you're not close and he just got out of a relationship, so you'll only be a rebound girl used for rebound reasons. I'm sure that'll be worse than having awkward moments.

I say thats a weird fear to have. I mean yea, having to reject someone kinda sucks. But that shouldnt prevent you from approaching/trying.
