I am feeling so hungry today, and I just don't know why. This is what I've had:

x 2 croissants and an apple for breakfast
x 1 small cheese roll (well, cheese spread in it rather)
x 2 small sized jacket potatoes for dinner
x 1 croissant

Would you say that's a lot?

Not for a full day, no. You need a proper meal in you.

Tbh, the croissants are French, not English, hence the French name is used.

That really isn't enough food. You need a lot more vegetables and fruit.

You need a proper big meal!!!

i'd slow down on the croissants and eat more variety. jus cos pastry is quite unhealthy. try eating bigger meals with more veg in/with them.

-- Posted by ajakana at 11:37 am on Nov. 24, 2008

No not enough food
