or at least more toned.... i love short dresses and skirts but my legs are kinda fat... i think. but the rest of me is fine weight wise so i don't think dieting is an option. any ideas on how to make my legs look nicer?

Eating healthy is always an option.

I would say squats and run...

I'm going swimming a lot, I find that helps.

Just work your legs out! Do squats, go for a jog a couple times a week, etc. Oh, and drink more water than you do right now! Good luck (:

Toning exercises.
Walking, squats (they help a lot- do for 15mins twice a day)

any general exercise of the legs to tone

Yeah I've got thunder thighs, its from the sport I play. Not a good look, so I just wear slightly longer skirts. Stilettos are great for making your legs look longer and thinner too.

Wash them daily.
No, I'm not kidding.
A pound of dead skin accumulates on your body daily. Washing them will remove the dead skin, and make them look thinner. :]

But horribly presented. A pound of skin accumulates on the entire surface of your body every day, of which your legs aren't a huge percentage.

And that skin falls off naturally. Washing your legs will not make them noticeably thinner.
