I just took my yorkie to the vet and my vet called him a midget because he weighs in 2 lbs 8 oz at 6 months old  

 
Poor little guy


he eats enough to be 100 lbs

My maltese is 5 months old and he weights like 4.

He's almost full grown.

Poor doggy.  My sister's boxer was small for his breed, but he was one of the best dogs you could ever know.

I just worry about future health problems. I mean he's adorable and pocket size but the tiny ones tend to get sick easily.

Yeah, the tiny ones can have more health problems.  he could grow a bit more, but its doubtful. You don't want him weighing more than what his small frame can hold.
