Hey. I'm sorry it's taken this long for us to reply, we're rather busy, but I've got some time to talk to you now.

I'm not sure what you meant by "I really hurt my parents", because it could mean that they were hurt when finding out about this online relationship, or that you were hurt by them, when they disapproved it.

It's tough forgetting about people. I'm assuming you are following your parent's rules, and have stopped talking to him. I've been here, but on a more personal choice, to cut contact with someone. If you haven't already, I suggest deleting any contact you have with him, such as MSN, Aim, Facebook, or anything that really gives you two connection. This is the first step, and is something you have to be able to do, and keep strong with. Do you think you could do that?

Next, once you feel you can manage keeping him out of connection, is trying to forget about him on an emotional level. You probably still think about him, yes?
I suggest talking to someone about it. Go in, feeling strong, and proud. Usually, someone close is better, because they give you moral support, works better. Tell them you will not let him back into your heart, that it isn't going to happen, and make sure that this person knows this, and will remind you when you feel weak.

Another thing is to find someone else. It doesn't have to be a love interest, but just someone to replace him. Someone who can be there for you, that you can spend time with, have fun with, and just forget about all your other worries. Distracting yourself is key. I suggest trying to not spend time on the computer, if possible, because essentially, that's when you will think about him.

Remember, keep a strong spirit, and feel free to reply, so we can talk about it more
