"Hi there how may I help you today"

Me:"Yes my power cord is making a crackling noise and is not charging my laptop anymore" (My cat decided to eat it, shhhh)

IBM: "Whats your serial number"

Me: "Blah, blah blah"

IBM: "We are sending you a new cord in 1-2 business days" (WOW)

Took 5 minutes of my time calling in at 1AM.

Acer customer service is the poorest IMO. But their computers are brilliant.

My sister has a Sony Vaio laptop and I l spent an hour arguing with "Mr.Lastname, we need you to fax in your receipt to verify that this is your laptop" I PURCHASED THIS LAPTOP A YEAR AGO WHAT FUCKEN RECEIPT?!" Guy could barely speak english.

My tablet had 3 severe issues within 6 months, and it literally took me 3 months of calling tech support daily to get anything done. And guess what? That 'thing' was that they sent me a new stylus. The old one is still stuck, the screen still has burnt out pixels, and the docking station shill doesn't work correctly.

I finally gave up. They'll never get my service again.

So you have a lemon pretty much. This was my first time dealing with them and it was a great experience. If its hardware wont they send you a box and you ship it back to them to fix? Mine has 3 years warranty.

They refuse to replace the tablet, even though it's fucking falling apart. They want me to pay for the service to get it done locally, after I spent god knows how much on the extended warranty. It's fucking stupid. I'll never buy from them again.
