I just answered with the truth which is "No, I don't do drugs, never done them." I've never done drugs or anything before either. I do think you can tell by the way they look.  Not if they have done it in the past, but if they are actually under the influence at that particular moment, then you can probably tell. I'm actually asked it quite often, because of my contacts. Yesterday, they all thought I was stoned, when I was just tired and sore-eyes, and today, I actually had to come home because of the pain in my eye, which wasn't from the contact, and they all thought I was high. I often got asked if I was stoned.. lack of sleep often makes my eyes bloodshot which is usually what happens when I get high.
