It feels like period cramps (i get the worst menstrual cramps, like i actually can not move, i want to cry from the pain). But i finished my period like over a week ago so it seems late even for like post-menstrual cramps. Any ideas what is causing it?

Agreed with the lack of pregnancy caused by virginity. BUT - some girls/women still bleed while they are pregnant. Maybe you're constipated.

Have you ever had an ovulation cramp? I've never heard of them being too severe, but that might be what it is. Hormones are a tricky thing, so it could just be from the changes in your body or contractions of the uterus. If it doesn't go away, then maybe look into it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't come back after today. Try putting something warm on your stomach or back, that always made me feel better :).

I don't know what could be wrong with you now, but if you get such bad cramps when you are on your period you should really see a doctor and ask to be put on the pill so that you can skip periods all together.

I had severe cramps below my belly button, it turned out when I went to the ER I had acute appendicitis and needed emergency surgery. If the pain gets unbearable, go to the ER. Also check right now if you have a fever, that is an indicator you may have appendicitis and should see the doctor right away.
