There should be something to separate the sentences somewhere because it's a run-on. Use a period or a semi-colon because I really can't figure out how that sentence makes sense the way it is.

Yea. it should have a ? but its a really badly worded question. It should have a . or a ; but the way its currently worded you can put in either.
