How could we have had everything to say, and now, now there was nothing, no words would make this brain tumor go away.

There should be something to separate the sentences somewhere because it's a run-on.
Use a period or a semi-colon because I really can't figure out how that sentence makes sense the way it is.

Yea. it should have a ? but its a really badly worded question. It should have a . or a ; but the way its currently worded you can put in either.
