this always happens to me im always really good friends with guys and people spread stuff like we fucked in a park and they saw or we wer kissing at a party all lies! they wont stop just ignore them and dont let them get to ur friendship

I have never figured out a motive for people to say things like that other than to hurt you. If you know that you didn't say that, then that's what is important, but socially, that doesn't matter. What matters is that she believes that you didn't say it. What you should hope is that if someone says that you talked about having sex with her, she'll say it's not true. If she says she believes you, then you can put her aside for the moment. If you don't have anything beyond a friendship right now, then you just need to get to the bottom of who started the rumor. That way, you can speak with the person that said it, and ask them why they said that. Also, please don't cut. It really won't solve your problems, you'll just end up with scars that represent bad times. I hope this helped, Peter
