Do not restrict your diet or skip meals use common sense eat a balanced healthy diet and try to exercise for half an hour each day don't snack between meals walk as much as possible avoid driving everywhere

I get tired twice as fast as the usual person, but I'm really unfit. Try eating 3 small, healthy meals a day. and light excersize every weekend.

Three meals a day is not what your body needs. You need more smaller meals at regular intervals. Make yourself a meal plan, unless you're seriously overweight you should never totally cut out certain things. Everything is good in moderation. You can eat as much green vegetables as you like, one tip I've found that works is to make sure half your plate is vegetables at every meal. You need snacks between meals so that you don't binge, but make sure they're healthy. Have an apple or chop up some carrots to have when you start feeling peckish. Also, I just had a look on Google and found you a website. Now I'm not saying this is perfect but it gives you some ideas of snacks and meals you can have that are healthy and fit into a diet plan. My mum is dieting at the moment and she says a good thing to do is write down what you're eating. You can see your daily intake of food and what you still need to change to get healthier. Also, don't weigh yourself every day, seeing very minor changes from day to day does nothing for your self esteem, but seeing a few lbs come off every week, that helps. Hope this helped :)

One way of exercising is to do 5 minutes walking and 5 minutes light jogging. Do this on and off for 30/60 minutes, however much you can manage. When you feel this becoming easier either increase the total time you're running or increase the time you're running for.

Have you seen a doctor or nutritionist? That would be a start.
