Oh shit, now I read the OP fully. I just skimread it and missed the second half or so. If you really are unhappy with your weight, eat healthy and lose it through HEALTHY means.

Since you posted this in eating disorders and talked about fainting and blackouts you are probably much more attractive now than you were at 106.

hey your skinny already and being skinny isnt everything. think- in 30 years.. will wearing that miniskirt matter? im hoping not. you could save your life if you eat healthy and not be anorexic

my girlfriend thinks the same way, it's kind of the life we've been leading, her for 10 years, myself for the last 5, it is a horrible life to lead, however the thoughts never go away. It is simply understanding that loosing weight won't make it better, then theres the heart disease, osteopneia, arthritis, osteoporosis, all the meds. I've been to family therapy, group therapy, individual therapy. Shes totally awesome, but its so stressful on me. However, she has reached a point where she knows she can't be that way anymore. It does not fit in to her life plan, it doesn't make the thoughts going away, nor does compliments or anything else for that matter. It is simply understanding that you can't live life acting on those thoughts.
