Its called Rhodes South in Christchurch Dorset (where I live). Anyhow, I completely breezed through the interview, with my cool and stylish attitude.. and now I've got a trail on Friday all day. For starters we have: Foie Gras and Poached Pears on Toasted Brioche with a sprinkle of Hash for added flavour. For Mains we have: Braised gressingham ducks with fried buds of weed and a half stuffed apple. For Desert we have everyones favourite: HASH BROWNIES!!!!!!!
