...to do something along the lines of smoking weed in you room? Do you think that a strong argument can even sway an adult's mind? or is it always gonna be "no" (unless your parents smoke with you). anyone had success in this? I would not like to do it behind their backs because they would find out, and they'd be pissed.

I can't even get them to agree to let me stay the night at my boyfriend's house when I'm home for breaks, so even if I smoked I sure as HELL wouldn't be able to convince them to let me smoke weed in my room.

I seriously doubt it if they're anti-weed. If they're liberal and open about weed for other people, then you might convince them that it's okay for you too. But otherwise, don't deliberately go and increase your chances of trouble!

I've smoked inside my room once, and it ended up turning into a huge arguement.. my mom wasn't impressed. So no, I probably couldn't.

If your parents are smart and actually care about your future, then they would let you smoke atleast in the backyard/garage. Unfortunately most parents want there kids to get in trouble with the law(from what I have experienced), potentially ruining there kids life. My parents did not like it but what could they do, throw me out? Again common sense would tell you not to throw your kid out who works but chooses to use drugs unless you WANT there life to be ruined. As for smoking in my room or even in the house, of course not.
