ummm no, first of all that would be for the most part illegal, and secondly they would have no way of doing that without controlling either every porn site on the internet, or every ISP in the world.

The company over that pornographic site gets your IP address in their logs. And if the government got on their case, they could give it up.

Well, the government just doesn't track anyone and everyone. Only select individuals. Usually they only tend to search those logs and things like that when they need to. Like to solve a case. Its legal for an individual to view pornographic material above the age of 18 or 21 in some states. So other than the case scenario, they have no probable cause. Or I could be wrong. And they do. And waiting to pin this history on you!
