I get them about once a month or sometimes more. I've had one now for about 4 days. Anyone know anything that will help the migraine go away? I've been given medicine from my doctor for them but it doesn't help.

Maybe try a new doctor? Go to a specialist?

i get them too. i myself have never found a miracle cure, other than about 12 straight hours of sleep with a cool cloth over my eyes.

I use excederin... and sometimes ib profein... it could be an imbalance in your hormones... that's why i get them. But I'd see a diff doctor, because it may be something more serious.

I have a hard time swallowing pills so I usually take liquid tylenol but that doesn't do much for me. :(
