What foods or vitamins can you take that will help your muscles be stronger and be efficienly after you workout for a while And know eating RAW cracked eggs is bullshit

protein helps with muscle growth and repair. Eat lots of chicken, tuna and things like that. Also make sure you have a good intake of carbs for energ. Potatos are the best as is pasta, baked beans etc

fish and chicken of course have a lot of protein and are great after a work out.. definately try to protein shakes like muscle milk and b vitamins
