You can do alot more then that with "anti-depressants", the name does not suit what they actually do to your brain chemistry.

It is extremely difficult to OD fatally on SSRI's. It takes an extremely high dose. However you do risk developing serotonin syndrome by taking too high of a dose. More info here

Yeah you definitely can. When I was 14 I ODed on Prozac and my mom forced me to drink Ipecac. Then we went to the hospital and they made me drink charcoal... fucking disgusting. I'm sooo lucky I didn't get serotonin syndrome though (in fact I've been very lucky in regards to this throughout my life... something tells me my luck is wearing thin though).
