I just ate some lamb and realized after two swallows in it wasn't cooked properly. So I've had a good bit of uncooked lamb. Soo... course of action? Throw up? Drink water? Or will I be fine. I can't get food poisoning, I have way too much work to do.

Good question. Wrong people to ask. Consult a doctor tomorrow.

Lamb in not so much a problem being served rare as some meats, other than being being something that is an acquired taste. My brother is a chef and sometimes has it that way. Be glad it was not turkey.
