I was really high and paranoid but I managed to keep it under control for a bit but 30 minutes later when I got home I started hearing sounds repeat, like I said 'go kill yourself' one time and I continued repeating non stop for 10 minutes in my head. Then I started having conversations with myself using two voices and that sort of stuff. And it's all random, too. I honestly don't think it has anything to do with your mental state, because I'm 100% normal (in terms of mental wellness/health/being) and I've had similar experiences like you. It's just the high man. True though, like other people have brought up, "what exactly was that stuff?" sure, it may have been something else that was the sole reason for making you like that, but just don't forget that getting high like that can also be pretty crazy and intense. It doesn't mean you're crazy or weird per se, maybe it is worth looking into, but I just wouldn't worry much about it.
