Since a few years I have been depressed. I don't have many friends because I am very shy. Anyways I need help, sometimes I feel like I want to just end everything. I have only one very close friend and a few others. Till a few weeks ago, whenever I felt down I talked to the friend who I am close with but now I feel like I made her worried too much recently so I started pretending I'm fine even though I'm not. What can I do to feel better?

I forgot to mention I can't go to a therapist because I don't want to make my parents worried.
