i know i just made a similar post but this is a completely different question:

If I wanted to excersize an hour a day, is it more effective to excersize for one straight hour, or break it up, like 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes in the middle of the day, 20 minutes at night?

(i'm talking strict aerobic excersize... my endurance isn't so good...   )

go for one straight hour.

better conditioning.

I'd go with the third option. Then work your way up to not stopping.

take small breaks part way through the hour
it's not healthy to push yourself for the whole hour

you shouldn't even be working out for an hour straight, regardless of endurance.

you should be breaking every 15 minutes to at least drink some water

Look up HITT training on google.

A HITT program is very effective, I personally swear by it (but I didn't use it to lose weight, I used it to strengthen my endurance). 20 minutes and you're good, and you've burned more calories and amped your metabolism.
