and it was sore for days afterwards?

This is like, the 5th one I've had. It hurts to walk, to move my leg a certain way, and to even touch it.

I take an aerobics class, but all we're doing right now is jump roping, so it's not from strenuous activity.

This blows.

its called a charlie horse, its when you your legs get really hot, then cold, your mucsels(sp?) tighten up
or when your using mucsels(sp?), your not use to using

Yeah, I got one last summer when playing soccer, get a tensor wrap it'll help alot.

yeah, you're just working muscles that haven't been used in a while.

eat bananas, they help a lot!
