I wake up in the middle of the night and find myself shivering (even though I wear fuzzy pajama pants, shirt and a fuzzy blanket), I feel like I have to throw up (this is at night and during the day) (and I actually have) and I have almost no energy. And last night there were times where I woke up, and couldn't breathe, and I was gasping for air.
