Ok. Well I would like to get my stomach a bit more toned, I don't want to lose weight or anything just get it a bit more toned. (I am a girl btw). How would I go about this? Should I do sit ups or what? Thanks.

Crunches dont alwways work. I do 45 minutes or abs a day and my stomach isnt flat or totally toned.

doing ALOT of crunches can cause the little pouch on the bottom of your stomach

as everyone said crunches... they are the best for toning abs.

DURRRR eat healthy, jog every morning, lift weights(no, you will not gain much muscle, girls don't get bulky because they do not produce much testosterone, so don't believe the myth that girls get bulky. Pure fallacy.) I can give you a fitness and diet plan if you pm me, only if you are serious and REALLY want to change.

ab lounge works. exercise ball. laying on your back and lifting your knees to 90 degree angles. that's what i did. it worked:)
