Last night I went to bed at 330am, and I woke up at 10am. Seems like I dont get a lot of sleep, but wake up early. Once I went to bed at 2am, and woke up at 8am

Yeh its not healthy too have a bad sleeping pattern as your body does a lot of healing and digesting whilst sleeping...and it's healthy for your brain and body to have a good nights rest...try going to bed around 11...and if you do stay up really late, sleep in the next day. :)

8-10 hours of sleep is what you should go for.

Last night I went to sleep at 5 and awoke at 12... I could go to sleep at 3 and wake up at 6 and be fine...

Last night i went to bed at 1 am and woke up fresh as a daisy at 7.Yet last week i had an early night at 9 woke at 7 and felt like pooh.whats that all about? lol

I usually get 5 hours a night. Sometimes less. You're fine.
