Che Guevara commented on the Soviet Union before, on the fact that it was as well exploiting developing nations. From what I hear, (from my european friends) they think its Ok to steal from people and treat the people around them very badly. They think its Ok to publicly harass and threaten people on the street. That just may be why people don't like them.
