When my parents try and make me eat! It really ticks me off! I was doing so well on my diet then my parents told me if I didn't eat breakfast that they were going to tell the doctor this morning that I'm not eating. So I ate a little bit, and guess what?! I got on the scale and it read 129!!!!!  I thought I was going to faint! I can't do this anymore. My parents try and control me and I hate it! I'll eat if I want to! They just tick me off.

129 is healthy.

If you don't want to worry about your calories input, just excercise regularly. You can have a square breakfast and run 15 minutes afterwards.

Don't weigh yourself every day or after every meal, because one's weight varies by 5 pounds every day. So, if you were to try later, you might be at 124, 125. Just matters on the time of day and your digestion cycle.

Thats because they are worried about you and about your health at the moment.
Looks like their threats work though

My suggestion- throw away the scales.
They will only make the fight harder and your life a living hell

 I couldn't dare do that. there threats aren't working, it just makes me more depressed and that's what makes my life a living hell.

You don't look like you need to diet. But, breakfast is important because it starts up your metabolism.
