ok so i want to go get my tongue pierced this friday right? but im going on a crossatlantic plane flight to france and then Turkey the thursday after that. my question is would going high up in the air with all the pressure differences effeect the piercing in any way?

Highly doubt it. But I suggest if your going to turkey and stuff, take extra care in cleaning it.

Yes, the pressure up in the air will make the piercing combust, your tongue will burst and then the pilot will have you arrested for unlawful use of a tongue.

Nope. i've had my tongue pierced, you'll be fine :) just make sure its clean when you go there

No. It really wouldn't. You might just have a little trouble talking for a while. I got mine done about a month or so ago, and I could talk well and eat solid food again in about a week or so.
