so. im pretty much flipping out. i went onto the scale. im more then i want to weigh.. so this is what i would like to do, and also would like to know if this will really help me, or if it is a complete waste of my time. seriously. someone please tell me something useful. breakfast: one peice of fruit & water snack: veggies or fruit, with water lunch: small soup (tomato, veg. or chicken noodle) or salad with water snack: fruit & couple crackers dinner: something my mom makes- usually healthy and if its not then i would just make myself a salad snack: fruit or veggies i would be walking/light jog for a good 15-20 minutes everyday plus doing cardio & arobics once or twice a week how much weight would i possibly lose in about 2 months? HELP. thanks alot! <3

That sounds OK, but please don't obsess over your weight, and do not starve yourself either. It's pointless.

From what I've been told, a hard 45 minute workout 3 times a week will help you lose weight. Personally, I'd eat a bit more than just a piece of fruit for breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Idk when u eat u have to eat small meals .....and u onnly have to eat 3 meals a day... and if u get hungry eat a little snak

instead of eating 6 times a day eat 4 times and eat more food with protein, you need meat and stuff like that in your diet.

if your not over weight for your age, you shouldn't worry about it. i mean its good to eat healthy and exercise, but you shouldn't do it to loose weight.

you should swim, or push yourself to actually run...swimming works eerything and running and sprinting makes you more agile and gains your endurance to help you later on..

in grade 9 i didnt eat anything at school, then by grade ten i started realizing that i was gaining weight for some reason, thought it would just go away. i was wrong now, im not overweight or even close. but im not skinny, i just want to lose those extra pounds that i dont need and feel good. so what else should i change in this?
