I told my boyfriend that I love him with all my heart, but I don't need him, I can live without him, but I WANT him in my life. I do love him. But I personally don't think I NEED anyone in my life. It just comes down to the people I want in my life and the people I don't. Is it bad?...

I do want him in my life though.
I wouldn't know what to do with myself if we broke up.
He pretty much makes up my life, before school I'm with him, at lunch I'm with him, after class I'm with him.

Kinda...it's good for you, but it's bad for other people to hear. It'll make him think you'll leave at any moment.

Why would independence be bad?

Wow that is actually a very true definition of love. Their is nothing bad about that at all. It is the healthiest way to love someone. :)

Hold on there, that second part contradicted the first part. Do you need him or don't you?

that would make me wonder if my gf was gonna leave me

No, I think that's really healthy. Its good you have him around because you want him... because you'd be too dependent if you needed him.
