Okay, so I eat three solid meals a day. I have a normal breakfast, usually weetabix or some sort of cereal, a normal sized lunch and a normal sized dinner. But in between these meals I'm always really hungry. I have a BMI of 20.7, so I'm not like, obese. I try not to snack because I don't want to gain loads of weight. But I hate feeling hungry. Anyone know how I can stop myself from feeling hungry all the time?

Eat food with high fiber content with your lunch. It will keep in your stomach longer and make you feel fuller until dinner
