Soo... My Dads partner moved in with her daughter not that long ago. Ever since then it's as if I don't even exist. I haven't had a very fun life so far, and i've suffered with depression and stress for quite a lot of the time. Just as I started to feel better it's gone and got a whole lot worse. I'm in a bad mood all the time, and all I get is a row when I am. I cry like all the time, and I get a row when I do. I get sent to my room and told to 'stop being stupid and bloody smile.' My Dad is contantly in a mood with me. His partner's daughter does my head in because she leaves a mess everywhere. AND They only ever talk about her. Even to MY Grandma. Just because she was depressed once, I can see why they would be worried about her but i've lived through worse and i'm not even considered. I honestly feel like running away. I feel so goddamn crap all the time. What do I do? And please don't say 'Talk to your Dad' Because I already tried and it didn't work.

Do you have any friends? Tell them how you feel. You need to let out your feelings on someone.

Quit fighting for attention, it drives people away. You're going to have to move out some day anyway, am I wrong?

Well how old are you? Because if you are almost to the age of where you can move out, stick it out and stay. Just go talk to friends and get involved with other things that get you out of the house. If you sill have some time to go before you can leave: Still get involved in stuff. Get a volunteer job, join a club, or a sport. Just find something else to occupy your time. Go out with friends and tell them how you feel. Don't let your father's lack of appreciation for you ruin your life. Try to avoid him. Find other things you like. Just don't do anything drastic. If you need more help, pm me. I hope everything goes ok.
