Most good colours do... Just keep re-dying! No the colours one of my friends uses are permanent, similar to a bleach, but are bright colours. Ive used it and it stayed in for like, 2+ months The only problem is it still fades, and I want something that's going to last until I cut it out, granted even peroxides fade, and aren't as bright after a while, but any ideas other than manic panic, as I say, bad experiences.
