I'm exercising and eating healthy, but I still weight around 125-128. I need to get down to 120 by xmas. I mean my goal is 115, but I need to get to 120 first. So please someone tell me other tips that will help.

definitely lower your carb intake.. eat lots of fruit and veggies and lean meats.. drinks lots of water.. cold water burns fat.. and definitely do lots of cardio (walking on treadmill or joggins 4times a week) carido rasises your heart rate which burns fat and raises your metabolism
