The smog, the crime, the kidnapping, the overwhelming slums that make up a big part of the city, the lack of anything real tourist friendly besides the Mexican food/drink/song/dance. Still why Mexico City over Vegas or something like that? I'm a huge nerd, it's insane. And that's partly why. A year in a foreign country looks great on college Apps. The school I'm looking at is a cool school, too.
